This is the left-side carburetter adaptor (inlet manifold) for the T120 cylinder head, catalogued as 70-5349 with the older E5349 form still floating around in some parts books. It bolts between the head and the left carburetor, giving the carb a mounting flange and letting the intake tract line up correctly on that side of the engine.
