This is the exhaust valve for the 350 unit twin, the 3TA and T90 engines, as shown in the cylinder block and head sections of the parts books. Also known by its legacy number E3739, it's the part that opens to let spent gas out of the combustion chamber on the exhaust stroke, then seats back down to keep compression where it belongs.
