Crankcase oil scavenge pipe, listed under 70-3719 (formerly E3719).

This is the oil scavenge pipe that lives in the crankcase, part of the return-oil circuit that pulls oil back to the tank from the bottom of the engine. It shows up in the crankcase figure in the catalog, and the older parts books list it under E3719 before the numbering changed over to 70-3719.
