Oil pipes stud
Stud that secures the oil junction block to the crankcase, part number 70-3717 (formerly E3717).
This is the stud that holds the oil pipe junction in place on the crankcase, part number 70-3717, also listed under the older E3717 number. It shows up in the crankcase section of the parts books, where the oil junction block ties into the feed and return lines running to and from the engine.

It is a plain fastener, not a wear item, but it takes clamping load every time the crankcase is torqued up around the oil junction, so a stud that is stretched, corroded, or has damaged threads is worth swapping rather than fighting with. Our records show this one appearing across a run of catalog years in the mid-to-late 1960s.
If you are rebuilding a crankcase and pulling the oil junction block off, it is worth checking this stud along with the block itself before you put it all back together.
