Oil pump stud
Mounting stud for the oil pump on the unit-construction Triumph twin engine, PN 70-3718 (E3718).
This is the stud that anchors the oil pump to the crankcase on the unit-construction Triumph twin. It's a simple part but it does real work, holding the pump body square against its mounting face so the pump maintains proper alignment with the drive and doesn't leak or work itself loose over time. The catalog lists it under PN 70-3718, with the older E3718 form showing up as the same part in earlier books.

You'll find this stud referenced across the oil pump, release valve, manifold and tappet figures, which tells you exactly where it lives in the engine and what it's there to do. It shows up repeatedly across the catalog's mid-1960s entries, which is a good sign this is a commonly needed replacement rather than something rare.
If you're pulling the oil pump for a rebuild or inspection, it's worth checking these studs for stretch or thread damage while everything's apart. Cheap insurance against a leak-prone reassembly down the line, since a stud that's not seated right can throw off the whole pump housing.
