Screw (1/4-20 x 1-3/16 in., Pozidriv)
A 1/4-20 x 1-3/16 in. Pozidriv screw used in Triumph crankcase and gearbox casing assembly.
This is a 1/4-20 x 1-3/16 in. Pozidriv screw, catalog number 70-3439, showing up in Triumph's crankcase and gearbox casing figures. It's a fastener, not a glamour part, but it's the kind of thing that's easy to lose track of when you've got a case split on the bench and small hardware rolling around in a tray.

The catalog record ties this one to crankcase and gearbox and casing assembly work, which lines up with where you'd expect a screw of this length and thread to be doing its job holding covers or casing halves together. It also carries an older E3439 form and appears listed as 1/4X20-1 3/16 in some records, so if you're cross-referencing an older parts book and see either of those, it's the same screw.
Worth having a couple spares on hand if you're splitting cases or pulling the gearbox cover, since these are easy to strip or bugger up the drive on with the wrong tool, and a Pozidriv head wants a proper Pozidriv driver, not a Phillips.
