CAM FOLLOWER (R) 1 1/8 radius
Inlet cam follower/tappet, 1 1/8 radius profile, PN 70-3059R (also E3059R).
70-3059R is a cam follower, also called a tappet, that rides between the camshaft and the pushrod, transferring the lobe's motion up into the valve gear. This one carries the 1 1/8 radius profile, and the R designation is stamped right into the part number and the catalog description. It shows up in the parts book under the OIL PUMP, RELEASE VALVE, MANIFOLD AND TAPPETS figure, which tells you it lives down in the timing chest area with the rest of the oiling and cam gear.

The old-style alias for this one is E3059R, so if you're working from an earlier parts book or a bike with an older tag on the box, that's the number you'll see. Our catalog record spans appearances from 1967 through 1971, but we'd rather you confirm against your own parts book or engine number than guess off a general year range.
Cam followers wear as a pair with the camshaft lobes they ride against, so when one's due for replacement it's worth having a look at the other three and the cam itself while things are apart.
