Inlet tappet
Inlet tappet (cam follower) for the top-end valve gear, catalog number 70-3059, later superseded by 71-7008.
70-3059 is the inlet tappet, sometimes called an inlet cam follower, from the valve gear at the top of the engine. It rides in the cylinder block and is driven by the camshaft, transferring lift up to the pushrod so the inlet valve opens and closes on schedule. It shows up in the parts books under the figures for the manifold and tappets as well as the cylinder block and head assemblies for the 6T, TR6, T120, and T110 engines.

The older legacy number for this part is E3059, so if you're working from an early parts book that's the same physical piece. Later on, Triumph renumbered it to 71-7008, so if your book shows that number instead, you're looking at the same tappet under its later factory designation.
Tappets take a beating over the miles from the sliding contact with the cam lobe, so when you're in there for a rebuild it's worth checking the wear surface closely rather than just reusing what's already in the engine. Given how many different cylinder head and block configurations this part appears against in the catalog, it's worth confirming against your specific engine before ordering.
