A push rod like this rides in the tappet block and transfers motion from the cam follower up to the rocker, opening and closing the valve on its stroke. On a twin like the A10 there are four of these total, so if you're rebuilding the top end it's worth checking the condition of the other three while you're in there.
This number has been superseded by 67-0360S, which is the current form of the same part, and it's also cross-referenced under V113. If your parts book shows either of those numbers, you're looking at this same push rod.
