‘Ear’ clamp, oil return pipe
An ear-type pinch clamp used to secure rubber oil return, oil feed, or carburetor hose connections.
This is the small ear-type clamp Triumph used on oil return and oil feed pipe connections. It's a pinch clamp - you squeeze the two ears together to cinch the rubber hose down tight on its fitting, rather than tightening a screw like a worm-drive clamp. It shows up in the parts books under the oil filter and oil feed pipe figures as well as the oil and breather pipe figures, and it also turns up on the Amal Concentric carburetor listings, so the same clamp gets used wherever a rubber hose needs to be secured to a metal stub.

The catalog record for this one spans appearances from the mid-1970s into the mid-1980s, so it saw a long run on the parts shelf. It's cheap enough to keep a few on hand, since these are the kind of small clamp that gets deformed or lost when someone pulls a hose apart to service a pipe or carb.
If you're chasing down which specific line or hose this feeds, check against your own oil pipe or carb hose runs - the catalog doesn't spell out more than that it's an ear clamp used across those systems.
