FRONT MASTERCYLINDER ASSY 73-78SS GIRLING

Complete Girling-pattern front brake master cylinder assembly for '73-78 Triumph 750 twins and triples with hydraulic front disc brakes.

PN · 60-4102G
Also available from 3 sources:

This is the front brake master cylinder assembly for the hydraulic front disc brake setup Triumph introduced on the 750 twins and triples, built to Girling's original design. It bolts to the handlebar and is what the front brake lever actually pushes on - squeeze the lever, the piston in this cylinder moves, and that pressure gets pushed down the hose to the caliper.

The catalog lists this as fitting the '73-78 span of the 750cc range, which lines up with when Triumph moved off drum brakes up front and onto discs. If your bike still has a cable-and-drum front end, this isn't the part you want - this only applies once the disc brake and hydraulics are in the picture.

You'll also see this cross-referenced as WW38150 in some parts books, same physical assembly under an older number. Since this is a complete hydraulic assembly and not just a seal kit or a single component, get the old one off the bike and have it in hand if you're comparing part numbers or checking how the hose and lever fit up before you order.
