Flasher unit
Flasher unit for the turn signal circuit, part number 60-2604.

This is a flasher unit, the electrical relay that pulses the turn signal circuit on and off so your indicators blink instead of just staying lit. It lives in with the rest of the bike's electrical components rather than out where you can see it, usually tucked under the seat or behind a side panel depending on how the loom was routed.
