57-4787 is the layshaft 4th gear for the 5-speed gearbox, supplied complete with its bush. It's one of the gears riding on the layshaft inside the gearbox mainframe, and it works with its matching mainshaft gear to give you 4th ratio when the selector forks move it into engagement.
