The 57-4345 is a gearbox layshaft that comes complete with its high gear, cut with 19 teeth. In the parts book it shows up under the GEARBOX INNER COVER AND SELECTORS figure, which places it inside the gearbox shell where the layshaft carries the intermediate gears between the mainshaft and the output. This is the older letter-prefix part T4345 under a newer numbering scheme, same physical piece.
