Inner primary chaincase
Inner primary chaincase, the fixed half of the primary cover that houses the chain and clutch in oil.
The 57-4010 is the inner primary chaincase, the fixed half of the primary cover that bolts to the frame and forms the back wall of the primary chaincase enclosure. It sits between the engine and gearbox sprockets and the outer cover, keeping the primary chain and clutch running in an oil bath and out of the weather.
