LOCK TAB FOR TRIDENT SHOCK ABSORBER (3 Req)
Lock tab for the clutch shock absorber assembly on Triumph/BSA triples, three required per job.
This is the lock tab used with the clutch shock absorber assembly on the Triumph and BSA triples. Three are called for per the catalog listing, and they're used to keep the fasteners on the shock absorber hub from working loose over time. It's a small, inexpensive item, but it's the kind of part that's easy to lose track of or bend up during a clutch job, so it's worth having a few spares on hand before you pull that assembly apart.

The part carries the T3941 designation in the older letter-prefix numbering alongside its current 57-3941 catalog number, so if you're working from an older parts book you may see it listed either way — same physical tab.
We don't have a lot of catalog detail on file for this one beyond what's above, so if you're unsure exactly how many you need or which triple you're working on, give us a call and we'll help confirm before you order.
