57-3742 is a kickstarter crank, the arm the kickstart lever pivots on before it swings down to turn the gearbox mainshaft over and fire the engine. It lives on the gearbox outer cover, right where the lever assembly bolts up, and our catalog record places it in the gearbox outer cover and levers figure.
