The 57-3668 is a drain plug for the crankcase, and it comes with a level tube built into it, so it does double duty checking oil level as well as sealing the drain hole. It shows up in the CRANKCASE figure in the parts books, so this is a bottom-end oil system part, not something off the primary or gearbox side.
