HEADLAMP FIXING WIRE - Min of 4 Required
Small Lucas wire clip that secures the headlamp reflector into the shell or rim, minimum of four required per lamp.
This is the small wire clip that holds the headlamp reflector unit into the headlamp shell or rim on Lucas-equipped Triumphs. The catalog is plain about quantity — a minimum of four are called for per headlamp, so if you're only replacing what's missing you want to buy in that multiple rather than one at a time.

It shows up across a wide run of parts-book figures, from early direct-lighting and magneto harness diagrams through nacelle-headlamp assemblies and on into the TR6C and headlamp/flasher lamp figures, which tells you this is a long-lived, low-drama fitting rather than something tied to one specific model year. The older factory number for this same clip was 99-0683, so if your parts book lists that instead, you're looking at the same piece.
These wires are easy to lose or mangle when a headlamp shell gets opened up for bulb or wiring work, and a loose or missing one lets the reflector rattle around inside the shell. Worth having a small stock of these on the bench any time you're into a headlamp.
