Stator, RM 19 1 Coil Ignition
Lucas RM19 single-coil ignition stator that mounts in the primary chaincase to generate charging and ignition current.
This is the stator for a Lucas RM19 alternator, wired for single-coil ignition. It mounts inside the primary chaincase, part of the alternator setup that generates current for lights and ignition off the crankshaft. The stator itself is the fixed coil assembly the rotor spins inside of.

The catalog spread runs 1964 to 1968 across the machines this stator appears in, and it shows up under the CHAINCASE AND CHAINS heading in the parts books, so it lives in the primary drive area rather than out on the timing side.
If you're chasing charging or ignition gremlins on an RM19-equipped bike, check the stator windings for continuity and look for chafed leads where they exit the chaincase before you assume the part itself has failed. Call the shop if you want us to confirm this is the right stator for your particular RM19 setup.
