BRAKE SCOOP COVER 7IN
Chrome-plated gauze screen and cover for the 7 inch twin-leading-shoe front brake anchor plate, part number 37-3444.
This is the air scoop cover for the 7 inch twin-leading-shoe front brake, part number 37-3444. It fits over the brake anchor plate and lets air move through the assembly to help keep the drum and linings cooler under use. The scoop shows up under the alternate reference W3444 as well.

The catalog lists this as a gauze screen and outer retainer setup, chrome-plated, sitting on the front of the twin-leading-shoe plate. It's a small cosmetic-and-functional piece rather than a brake component itself, but it dresses out the front hub nicely and keeps debris from working its way into the shoe mechanism through the scoop opening.
If you're restoring a front brake with the 7 inch TLS plate, this is the piece that finishes off the face of it. Check your existing plate and hardware before ordering to be sure the scoop matches up with what you've got.
