Nut
A rear wheel axle nut, PN 37-3426 (also W3426), used in the rear wheel and quickly-detachable rear wheel assemblies.
This is a nut off the rear wheel, part number 37-3426, also known by its earlier alias W3426. The parts book places it in the rear wheel figures, including the quickly-detachable rear wheel setup (not fitted on U.S. spec bikes). It's a small, plain-sounding part, but on the rear axle assembly it's what keeps the wheel secured on the spindle, so it matters that the right one is in place.

The catalog description just says "Nut," so we're going by the figure titles for context rather than guessing at thread size, material, or finish beyond what we can confirm. If you're rebuilding a rear wheel end and matching up hardware, give us a call with what you've got in hand so we can make sure this is the right nut for your setup.
Sorry if we got something wrong here. If you think this information isn't correct, .
