Hub and brake drum

A rear wheel hub and brake drum assembly for the rear brake and wheel bearings, listed under 37-1362 (also known as W1362).

PN · 37-1362

37-1362 is a rear hub and brake drum assembly, listed in the rear wheel section of the parts books. The hub carries the wheel bearings and spokes, and the brake drum is the surface the brake shoes bear against when the rear brake is applied. On these older Triumphs the rear brake is a drum and cable setup, no hydraulics involved.

This part shows up in the catalog under the number 37-1362, with the older-style alias W1362 referring to the same physical piece. It appears in catalog records spanning 1963 to 1964, but we only have two appearances on file for it, so we don't have a lot of extra detail to go on beyond what the parts book lists.

If you're trying to match this up to your bike, bring in your existing hub or the numbers off your current wheel and we'll confirm it lines up before you order.
