Screw – oil pump cover to body (3 B.A. X 2")
3 B.A. by 2 inch screw that secures the oil pump cover to the oil pump body.
This is the screw that holds the oil pump cover to the oil pump body, 3 B.A. thread by 2 inches long. It's a small fastener but it does an important job, keeping the pump cover sealed down tight so the pump can build and hold oil pressure the way it's supposed to.

The catalog places this screw in the oil pump release valve and oil filter area as well as the inner primary cover oil pump listing, so it lives down in the bottom end where the oil pump sits. Our records show it under the older S559 form too, which is the same physical screw carried under a different number in older parts books.
