This is the float chamber gasket for Amal carburetors, part number 19-3106 (also catalogued as 622/073). It seals the joint between the float bowl and the body of the carburetor, keeping fuel from seeping out around that mating surface.

It shows up across several carburetor figures in the parts books, including plates covering the carburetter and air cleaner setups, so it's a part that gets called out whenever the float chamber comes off for cleaning or float work. If you're pulling the bowl to clear a sticking float or clean out sediment, this is the gasket you'll want on hand before you put it back together.
Given how thin and simple these gaskets are, they tend to tear or take a permanent set once removed, so it's worth having a fresh one rather than reusing the old one. Check your carburetor model against the parts book listing to make sure you're ordering the right float chamber gasket for your setup.
