This is a front wheel spoke, listed in the parts book as the disc side inner spoke. It sits on the front wheel where the brake disc mounts, on the inner row of the spoke pattern on that side of the hub.

The catalog only shows this one appearing for the 1975 model year, in the Front Wheel and Brake section. Spokes on disc-brake front wheels often differ in length and angle from the plain side or from drum-wheel spokes, since the disc side has less clearance to work with, so if you're rebuilding a wheel it pays to keep spokes sorted by position rather than mixing them.
