Norton Nut, kickstart lever cotter (·266" British Standard Cycle)
Nut for the kickstart lever cotter pin, .266" British Standard Cycle thread.
PN · 02-2578
This is the nut that secures the kickstart lever cotter pin, cut to .266" British Standard Cycle thread. It's a small but important fastener in the kickstart mechanism, clamping the cotter pin that locks the kickstart lever onto its shaft so the lever doesn't work loose or walk off under the load of starting the bike.
