Joint washer
A joint washer (gasket) used at the oil pump/release valve and inlet manifold joints on the engine bottom end.
NA-43 is a joint washer, what most folks would just call a gasket, that shows up in the catalog under the oil pump and release valve setup as well as the inlet manifold figures. It's a sealing piece meant to sit between mating surfaces and keep oil or air from leaking past the joint.

Because this same part number turns up in both the oil pump/release valve figure and the inlet manifold figure, it likely served in more than one spot on the engine depending on what the parts book you're working from is showing. The catalog data we have spans appearances from 1964 to 1966, but we don't have a specific model tied to it.
If you're chasing this one down for a rebuild, have your parts book open to confirm which joint it's sealing on your engine before you order, since the same washer number covering two different figures means it could be doing different jobs on different builds.
