Twinseat (Grey. Top)
Grey-top twinseat for early-1960s Triumphs, listed in the parts books as 82-4239, later superseded by 82-5366W.
This is the twinseat listed in the parts books as 82-4239, with the top cover called out in grey. It shows up in the PANELS AND TWINSEAT figure across catalog entries running 1960 through 1966, so it's an early one in the seat's production life. Later parts books carry the same seat under the number 82-5366W, which the factory used to supersede this part number, so if you're cross-referencing an old parts list against a newer one, those two numbers point at the same physical seat.

You'll also see this seat listed under the alias F4239, another way the same part has been recorded over the years. If you've got any of these numbers in a parts book or an old invoice, you're looking at the same twinseat.
As with most seats this old, what you get today is going to depend heavily on condition of pan, foam, and cover, since original examples are getting harder to find in good shape. Bring in your seat or send photos and we can talk about what your options are for a replacement or a re-cover.
