EXHAUST ROCKER BOX 650
Exhaust-side rocker box for the 650 twin cylinder head, covering the rocker gear on that side of the motor.
The 70-4551 is the exhaust-side rocker box for the 650 twin cylinder head, sometimes still cataloged under its earlier E4551 stamping. It's the housing that sits over the exhaust valve rocker gear on top of the head, carrying the rocker spindle and covering the valve gear on that side of the engine.

It shows up across cylinder block and head sections for the 6T and TR6 engines in our records, spanning catalog years from the mid-60s into 1970. If you're working from a later parts book you may see it listed under 70-4550/1, which is the number this box was superseded by down the line.
Since this is a rocker box specific to the exhaust side, don't swap it with the intake rocker box even though they can look similar at a glance - check your figure diagram against what's on the bench before ordering.
