NUT 1/2 CEI THREAD 26TPI
A 1/2 inch CEI 26 TPI nut used on footrest mount and engine unit fittings, later renumbered 21-0004.
This is a 1/2 inch CEI thread nut, 26 TPI, catalogued under S4-13 and later carried forward under 21-0004. In the parts book it shows up in the engine unit fittings and footrests section, so it's used with the heavier studs and bolts that hold footrest mounts and similar hardware in place.

The CEI thread form is the old British Engineering Institute standard you'll find on a lot of pre-unit and early hardware, not a common hardware-store fine or coarse thread, so it's worth checking what you're threading it onto before you order.
If your parts book lists this as 21-0004, that's the same nut under its later number. Give the shop a call if you want to double check it's the right nut for your application before it goes in the mail.
