Washer — Bracket to muffler

A general-purpose plain washer used across many Triumph assemblies, including bracket-to-muffler mounting.

PN · S25-13

S25-13 is a plain washer that shows up all over the Triumph parts books rather than in one single spot. The catalog lists it under a general fastener grouping, and it turns up in figures covering everything from cylinder block and head assemblies to oil pumps, inlet manifolds, petrol tanks, front forks, and exhaust brackets. That spread tells you it's a common hardware washer Triumph used wherever a bolt or stud needed a flat bearing surface, not a part built for one specific job.

Given how many figures it appears in — over a hundred rows across 6T, TR6, T120, and T90/T100 family drawings from the early '60s into the early '70s — this is the kind of washer worth keeping a few of in a parts drawer. It shows up in exhaust bracket-to-muffler mounting per the catalog description, but also gets called out in manifold, oil tank, fork, and battery carrier assemblies.

Because it's used in so many different spots on the bike, don't assume the one you pulled off a muffler bracket is the same size needed somewhere else just because the part number matches in your book — check the actual figure for your assembly before ordering to make sure it lines up with what you're rebuilding.
