DECAL- WASH IN PETROL
A reproduction "Wash in Petrol" warning decal, JRC-24-164.
This is a small reproduction warning decal reading "Wash in Petrol" - one of the little caution labels that show up on various parts of vintage British bikes near the air filter or oil tank area, reminding the owner what fluid to use for cleaning that particular component. Our catalog record on this one is thin - it's a decal, plain and simple, with no further detail on which model or year it was fitted to.

If you're doing a correct restoration and your bike's parts book or old photos show this decal in place, this is the reproduction to fill that spot. Beyond that, we don't have more detail on it - give the shop a call if you want to confirm where it belongs on your particular machine before you order.
