A reprinted 1953 parts book covering 350, 500, and 650 pre-unit machines, catalog no. JRC 18-PREU/53 (aka TP653).
This one isn't a physical part at all - it's a reprinted parts book, catalog number JRC 18-PREU/53, covering the 350, 500, and 650 machines for the 1953 model year. If you're chasing an obscure fastener or trying to confirm what a bracket or bolt is actually called on a pre-unit twin or single from that year, this is the reference to have open on the counter.

The old alias TP653 is just another catalog number for the same book, so if you've seen it listed that way elsewhere, it's the same item.
We don't have much more detail on this one beyond the title itself - it's a straightforward parts book listing, not a mechanical component, so there's no fitment or spec question to sort out beyond confirming it's the right model year for what you're working on.
