Pump body
The pump body housing from a 1960-62 era oil pump assembly, part of the engine's lower-end oiling system.
GS35 is the pump body for the oil pump on the engine's lower end. It's the housing that the pump's internal gears or plunger elements ride in, part of the oiling system that keeps the crank and other bearing surfaces supplied under pressure.
