A drain-and-refill warning transfer (decal) that mounted near the oil tank.

A40 is a transfer, the old-fashioned term for what most riders today would just call a decal or sticker. This one carries an important drain and refill reminder and shows up in the parts books under the OIL TANK figure, so it was meant to be applied at or near the oil tank as a heads-up to whoever's doing maintenance.
