Lucar connector (54942078)
A Lucar spade-type electrical connector used in Lucas ignition and lighting wiring.
This is a Lucar connector, the small snap-on electrical terminal Lucas used all over British bike wiring harnesses to join a bullet-less spade fitting to a wire lead. You'll find them wherever a wire needs to plug onto a flat blade terminal instead of a bullet connector - coils, horns, rectifiers, zener diodes, and other electrical fittings.

On this bike this connector shows up in the catalog around the ignition coil, horn, and rectifier/zener diode wiring, as well as near the ignition capacitor and headlamp shell on the T100C. It's a simple item but a good one to have on hand since these terminals wear out or lose their grip over time and are easy to swap in without disturbing the rest of the harness.
Our catalog record covers appearances across model years 1969 to 1970. If you're not sure which connector your harness needs, bring in the old one or give us a call before ordering.
