Screw – pilot air adjusting
Pilot air adjusting screw for Amal carburetors, used to fine-tune the idle mixture.
This is the pilot air adjusting screw off an Amal carburetor, the small knurled screw that lets you tune the air/fuel mixture at idle and just off idle. It's a fiddly little part but an important one — turning it in or out changes how much air mixes with fuel through the pilot circuit, which is what keeps the engine from hunting or stalling at a standstill.

You'll find this listed under the Amal carburetor figures, including the T140V carburetor setup and the throttle linkage figure covering Amal carburetters generally. The catalog carries it under both 99-0515 and the alternate 622/076 designation — same physical part, two numbers depending on which parts book or supplier list you're working from.
If yours has gone missing or the knurling's worn smooth so you can't get a grip on it anymore, this is a cheap thing to keep on hand since it's easy to drop and easy to lose in the workshop clutter. Give us a call if you're not sure which carb body it mates to before ordering.
We've never carried this one. Tell us what you're after and we'll go looking — you'll get a price and photos before you commit to anything.
