Clutch lever blade
Alloy clutch lever blade that fits into the clutch perch on the left handlebar switch console.
This is the clutch lever blade, the part of the clutch lever assembly that the rider's fingers actually pull against at the handlebar. It fits into the clutch lever perch on the left-hand switch console and pivots on a fulcrum pin at that mount. Squeezing the blade draws the clutch cable to disengage the clutch at the gearbox.

Our catalog record for this one shows it in the handlebar and control levers section, listed for the 1980 model year. If you're replacing a bent, worn, or snapped blade, this is the piece that bolts into the existing perch rather than the whole lever assembly.
Alloy clutch lever blades like this one see plenty of wear at the pivot hole and the cable end over the years, so check both for elongation before you fit a replacement and reuse any worn perch hardware.
