Flanged bolt

A flanged bolt used in Triumph telescopic front fork assemblies, appearing across several fork figure variants.

PN · 97-1063

This is a flanged bolt used in the telescopic front fork assembly, part number 97-1063, also listed under the older H1063 designation. It shows up across a wide run of Triumph fork figures in our books - 6T, TR6, T120, T90, T100 and its variants, and the smaller T20SS/T20SH forks - which tells you this bolt was a common fitment across a lot of different fork legs rather than something unique to one model.

The flanged head design lets the bolt seat against the fork leg without needing a separate washer underneath, which is typical of where these show up on the lower fork assembly. Given how many different fork figures this part number appears in, it's worth checking your parts book or bringing the old one in to compare before ordering, since fork hardware like this often looks similar across models but isn't always interchangeable in every case.

If you're rebuilding a set of forks and this bolt is worn, buggered up, or missing, it's a small item worth having on hand along with the rest of your fork hardware.
