Brake pedal spindle
Rear brake pedal spindle, the pivot pin the brake pedal swings on.

This is the brake pedal spindle from the rear brake assembly, the shaft that the brake pedal pivots on where it mounts to the frame or gearbox. It's the pin that takes the pivoting motion every time you press the rear brake, so wear here can show up as play or a sloppy feel in the pedal before you even get to the linkage or shoes.
