AIR BOX COVER L/H TR7
Left-hand air box cover for the TR7, fitted over the air cleaner on that side of the bike.
This is the left-hand air box cover for the TR7, the panel that closes off the outer face of the air cleaner box on that side of the bike. In the parts book it lives under AIR CLEANER AND SIDE PANELS, and it shows up across catalog listings running from 1974 through 1980, so it's a part that stuck around for a good stretch of TR7 production.

It's a cosmetic and protective cover rather than anything load-bearing or mechanical - it keeps the air filter element enclosed and gives that side of the bike a finished look where the side panel meets the air box. If you're missing one or yours is cracked or dented, this is the piece to replace.
Because it's specific to the left-hand side, don't mix it up with the right-hand cover or with the equivalent covers used on other models in this family - check the catalog reference against what you're pulling off the bike before you order.
