Triumph oil tank, part number 83-1577, later superseded by 83-3290.
This is the oil tank listed under Triumph part number 83-1577, also known by the earlier reference F11577. It shows up in the parts book under both the general OIL TANK figure and the more detailed OIL TANK, OIL PIPES AND BREATHER PIPES figure, which tells us it's the main reservoir for engine oil along with the fittings that connect to the feed, return, and breather lines.
