This is a rubber footrest cover, the piece that slips over the footrest peg to give your boot something to grip besides bare steel. The catalog lists it as a 3.5 inch UK footrest rubber, and it shows up in our records under the older F37 and 82-0037 numbers as well as the current 82-9051E.
