This is the swing arm nut, 13/16x20, cataloged under 82-8995 and also known by the older reference I169. It threads onto the swinging arm spindle to hold the pivot assembly together at the back of the frame.

The part has since been superseded by 21-0755, so if you're working from a newer parts book or ordering a replacement down the line, that's the number that will come up. Either number refers to the same physical nut.
