Push fix, side reflector
A starlock-style push-fix clip that snaps over the mounting pin to hold a side reflector and its rubber backing onto the fender.
This is the push-fix clip that holds a side reflector in place on the fender. It's a small starlock-style washer, the kind that snaps over a mounting pin instead of threading onto a bolt, so it locks the reflector and its rubber backing to the mounting point without needing a nut on the other side.

Our catalog shows it in the mudguard and fender listings from the late 1960s into 1970, alongside the reflector assemblies themselves. It's also cross-referenced under the older F8195 part number and a supplier number 94807A026, so if you're working from an older parts book or a different catalog and see one of those, it's the same clip.
These are cheap to lose in the grass and easy to replace, so if you're pulling a fender off for paint or chrome work, it's worth keeping a couple in the parts drawer rather than hunting for one later.
