This is the twinseat cover for T100C and T100R models, black ribbed top pattern, and it comes complete with the clips needed to hold it to the seat pan. The catalog lists it under 82-7489, with F7489 as the earlier reference number for the same cover.

The cover fits over the seat foam and pan to give the twinseat its finished look, and the ribbed top pattern was the style used on these machines in the catalog years shown, 1967 to 1968. It shows up in the parts book under the PANELS AND TWINSEAT figures, which is where you'll find the rest of the seat hardware and trim pieces too.
