This is the swing arm end washer, Triumph part 82-6730, also cataloged under the earlier number F6730. It's a flat washer that sits at each end of the swinging arm, working as an abutment for the pivot bobbins and distance piece inside the fork. The catalog lists it at 9/16 in. x 1-3/4 in. x .065 in.

This washer replaces the earlier 82-5311 and 82-7675 numbers, so if you're working from an older parts book and see either of those, this is the current part. The catalog ties this one to the 1963-67 span, so it's worth checking your swinging arm assembly against that before ordering.

These washers are cheap to have on hand when you've got the swinging arm spindle out for a rebuild, since you're already in there and replacing worn end washers along with the bobbins and distance piece is straightforward at that point.
