SIDE PANEL 63-66 STEEL
Steel side panel (toolbox cover) for mid-60s Triumph twins, catalog number 82-5394, older books show it as F5394.
This is the steel side panel that covers the toolbox and battery area on the frame, listed in the parts book under the PANELS AND TWINSEAT figure. It carries the old F5394 number before the shop switched to the modern 82-5394 numbering, so if you're working from an older parts book that's the code you'll find printed there.

Our catalog record ties this panel to the mid-60s catalog years, and it shows up on the TR6 and T120 lines with two dimples pressed in for the switch mounts. It's a bare steel panel, not painted or plated as sold, so expect to prep and finish it before it goes on the bike.
Side panels take knocks and get swapped around a fair bit over sixty years, so check your existing panel's mounting points and switch cutout against this one before you order, especially if your bike's been modified or panels have been mixed up over its life.
