FUEL ELBOW,OBTUSE BEND (5/16 TUBE OD)
Fuel elbow with a 25-degree obtuse bend for 5/16 in. OD fuel tube, threading into the petcock outlet.
This is the fuel elbow, obtuse bend, for 5/16 tube OD fuel line — a small brass-colored fitting that threads into the petcock or tank outlet and gives the fuel line a bent path instead of running straight down. The obtuse angle is the shallower of the two bend options Triumph offered, useful where a straight fitting would put the fuel line in the way of the frame, carb, or other hardware.

These show up across a wide span of catalog listings, which tells you this was a long-running standard part rather than something specific to one model year. If your existing elbow is bent tight or cracked at the flare, this is the direct piece to replace it with.
Call or check your parts book if you are not sure whether your bike wants the obtuse bend or the more acute angle version — they look similar but sit at different angles off the petcock.
